How the Warranty Works

Regular (60 Days) – Automatically included at no extra cost.
Silver (3 Months) – Extend your coverage for 15% of the part price.
Gold (6 Months) – Get peace of mind for 20% of the part price.
Platinum (1 Year) – Maximum coverage available for 30% of the part price.

📌 Example: If a part costs $100, upgrading to Silver would cost an additional $15, Gold would be $20, and Platinum would be $30.

How to Purchase an Extended Warranty

🔹 Step 2: Select the warranty option at checkout.
🔹 Step 3: Your final price will adjust based on your selection.

What’s Covered?

Engines & Transmissions – Covered under our 60-day minimum warranty (extended coverage available with Silver, Gold, or Platinum plans). Does not include labor costs or accessories.
Mechanical Parts – Covered under 60-day minimum warranty, unless otherwise specified.
Extended Warranty Plans – Available for purchase at checkout (Silver, Gold, Platinum).

What’s NOT Covered?

Gaskets, Seals, and One-Time-Use Parts – No warranty on gaskets, seals, water pumps, timing belts, or similar parts.
Electrical Parts – Sold as-is, no warranty applies.
Tampered or Modified Parts – Warranty is void if the part has been altered, modified, overheated, or improperly installed.


How to Make a Warranty Claim

1️⃣ Keep Your Receipt – You must provide the original receipt to claim a warranty. No exceptions.
2️⃣ Contact Our Support Team – Reach out via phone, email, or visit our store within the warranty period.
3️⃣ Return the Part for Inspection – The item must be returned in the same condition it was sold.
4️⃣ Approval & Resolution – If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the warranty terms.

Q: Can I return a part if I no longer need it?

A: All parts are final sale unless covered under warranty.

Q: What if my part fails after the warranty period?

A: Once the warranty period ends, Branif Auto is not responsible for repairs or replacements. Consider purchasing an extended warranty.

Q: Are labor costs covered under the warranty?

A: No, Branif Auto does not cover installation, labor, or diagnostic fees.

  • Non-Transferable: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of Purchase Required: A valid receipt is required for all warranty claims.
  • No Coverage for Labor: The warranty covers parts only. Labor costs, installation, or any related expenses are not included.
  • Gaskets, Seals, and Specific Parts: There is no warranty on gaskets, seals, water pumps, timing belts, or other one-time-use parts.
  • Electrical Parts: All electrical parts are sold as-is with no warranty.
  • Tampering & Misuse: Any modifications, improper installation, overheating, or misuse will void the warranty.
  • Damage from External Causes: We are not responsible for damage due to accidents, improper maintenance, or external factors.
  • Refund & Exchange Policy: Warranty replacements are subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
