1. General Use of the Site

By accessing or using Branif Auto (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. You must be at least 18 years old to make
purchases or use our services.

2. Product Information & Fitment Responsibility

Branif Auto sells OEM used auto parts. While we work to provide accurate information, it is solely the
customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility and fitment before purchase.

Fitment notes, images, and interchange data are informational and may not guarantee compatibility.
VIN lookup and search tools assist but do not ensure a perfect match.
Incorrect fitment is not covered under warranty.

3. Condition of Used Parts

All parts are used OEM components unless otherwise specified. Wear and cosmetic imperfections are normal.
Images may be reference-only unless stated as the exact item.

Modules, ECUs, and electronic parts may require programming or adaptation by a professional technician.
Improper installation voids warranty.

4. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Larger items may require additional handling time.

Shipping Details

Carrier delays or weather conditions are not the responsibility of Branif Auto.
Residential, lift-gate, and re-delivery fees may apply.
Freight shipments must be inspected upon arrival.

Damaged Shipments

Visible freight damage must be noted on the bill of lading at delivery. Claims filed after signing “received
in good condition” may not be eligible.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns follow our official Refund & Returns Policy. Most parts include a 60-Day Standard Warranty unless
upgraded. Items must be returned in the same condition received.

Electrical components are non-returnable once installed.
Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to Branif Auto error.
Modified or disassembled parts are not eligible for return.

6. Warranty Terms

We offer tiered warranties for qualifying parts:

Regular – 60 Days
Silver – 3 Months
Gold – 6 Months
Platinum – 1 Year

Warranty covers part replacement or store credit only. It does not cover:

Labor, programming, diagnostics, or towing
Improper installation or handling
Overheating or running components without proper fluids

7. Payments & Pricing

Branif Auto reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Orders may be declined for fraud concerns or
pricing system errors. Credit card payments may incur a surcharge as disclosed at checkout.

8. Core Charges

Some parts require refundable core deposits. Cores must be returned in rebuildable condition to receive credit.

9. Limitation of Liability

Branif Auto is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including labor costs, downtime, towing,
rental vehicles, or lost income. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the part.

10. No Professional Advice

Installation tips or technical assistance are provided as general guidance only. Customers must consult
qualified technicians for installation and diagnostics.

11. Intellectual Property

All images, text, branding, product data, and design on this site are the property of Branif Auto. No content
may be reproduced or modified without written permission.

12. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our website uses external systems such as ISS AutoPartSearch, payment processors, and VIN tools. We are not
responsible for data errors provided by third parties.

13. Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for any actions taken through their
login credentials.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes must be resolved under Florida
jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of all updates.

16. SMS & WhatsApp Messaging Terms of Service

By opting into SMS or WhatsApp communications from a web form, customer account, purchase process, contact form, or other communication method, or by initiating a conversation with Branif Auto through WhatsApp, you agree that Branif Auto may communicate with you through the applicable messaging service.

Messages may include order updates, shipping notifications, appointment reminders, account notifications, customer service communications, responses to inquiries, quotes, part availability, and other communications related to your request or transaction.

Where required, promotional or marketing communications will only be sent after appropriate consent has been obtained.
